He founded the Junior Golf Association of Sonoma County and the Sonoma County Junior Golf Tour. He is the recipient of the NCPGA 2000 Junior Golf Leader Award and the "Jack London Award." He is the author of the GEL Golf Program.

P.G.A. Class "A" Head Professional Jason Schmuhl.  He is regarded as one of the best playing club professionals in Northern California and is best known for his exceptionally long drives. Jason won the prestigious 2008 NCPGA Player of the Year award and received exemptions to the following 2009 events: AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, The Reno Tahoe Open and the Nationwide Tour event at TPC San Francisco Bay. Jason has been teaching golf for the past 13 years and his teaching theory is “The simpler the swing the better the game”.

Demian is a PGA assistant professional who has been a junior golf instructor at Windsor Golf Club for the past four years. During this time, he was the course director for the First Tee of the North Bay and he currently runs the junior class program at Windsor. "Junior golfers of all ages and ability truly enjoy the game and I truly enjoy helping them improve".
